BG Khorina (Daram x JM Khalypso) is a 2006 purebred arabian mare who has done very well in halter and sport horse in hand classes as a youngster and shows quite a bit of talent in western pleasure and trail.  She has also spent some time as a lesson horse.  She is as beautiful to work with as she is to look at, but watch your hat and gloves, she likes to steal them!

AK Sheeba is a full sister to Khori, just a year older.  She is a very sweet and workable sport-type arab.  We have lots of fun with her and she's just perfect for any new riders who come out to just pop up on.   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 We are very happy to welcome "Nono" to our herd!  This 30-year-old pony mare is Aleah's new best friend.  We couldn't have asked for better!  She's a very safe and quiet pony and Aleah's just in love!  After some minor surgery and a good float, Nono's in perfect health and will be enjoying a relaxing life here at the farm for the rest of her days.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bardo Bay Barb is 1994 purebred arabian mare (dam to Encore Performance SE).  This lovely mare produces very sporty foals including Amanda's former Pinto National Champion Stallion Bacardi Breezer LA. 

 

 

 

 

 

Smirnoff (Sagittarius x Chris Dundee) is Amanda's 2001 CWB gelding who trained and showed 3rd level dressage and had some jumping experience up to 3 feet.  Sam has been the most rock solid and dependable partner both in the show ring and out.  He has been ridden and shown by beginners and amatures as well.  Sam has now gone to the Rainbow Bridge and will be missed dearly by all who knew him.  It is very rare that a horse so special come into our life.  We are all very glad he blessed us by sharing himself with us.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Welcome back old friend!  We are very glad to announce the return of Buck aka "Celebrity Ruler", Amanda's former FEI-level anglo arab gelding.  Buck is 23 years young this year so he will be enjoying a quiet retirement but that doesn't mean he's going to sit in the pasture!  No way, he's set to be the new sidesaddle mount! 

 

 

 

Ever loved a Standardbred?  If not, you don't know what you're missing! 

This is José, he's a 2009 Standardbred gelding who decided he did not want to PACE!!!  Who knew?  So, he's a young gelding who's had experience in a barn, being handled, tacked, been in the cart, been bridled... and he needed a new career.  We brought him to be a friend for Ritchie but he's certainly not going to just sit around!  He learned how to smile in about 2 minutes.  He's destined to be a trick and riding horse, an ambasador of the Standardbred breed that we're so very fond of!

 

 

 

LaBamba SE is everything we could've hoped for in his breeding.  His sire is the GP Holsteiner stallion Lacado (please see Breeding tab).  His dam is Fronta De Line (Frontenac x C U Soon) who has produced very talented and friendly offspring.  This young man is a tribute to the exceptional breeding on both sides of his family tree with absolutely flawless movement and a very sweet disposition.  Unless he decides otherwise, we will be keeping "Ritchie" intact and will begin offering service to a limited number of mares in 2013.  He has been inspected with the RHPSI (Zweibrucker) and will be branded next year.  Customs decided that the branding irons were too dangerous to cross the border this year...
